1. How Can I Make Payment for my order ?

         You can make the payment through credit card, Debit card & Net Banking

2. Is other Country Cards Acceptable?

             No other countries Cards not Acceptable.

3. Can Brass Idols & Copper Statues Be Shipped To Other Countries?

            All kind Of Idols Can be Shipped to Other Countries. But Non Antique Certificate from Archeology Department of India is required.  It will take 30 Days to obtain certification. This will be coordinated and done by us.

4. How to Place an order on rolimoli.com ?

        1. Select the items and Click, ’Add to cart’’ button.

         2. Choose between continue shopping, if you would like to add more items or checkout if you are done with the shopping.

         3. While you check out, if you are already registered, click the same.

        4. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the size, weight and the place of delivery ordered by you.

          5. You can make payment by selecting Razor Pay Payment Gateway.

6. Order Status Notifications

          1. Payment Succeeded: Your Order Is Conformed and Payment got transferred.

          2. Preparation in progress:   Your order is under process.

          3. Shipped   Your Material is moved and tracking number is updated.

          4. Delivered.

          5. Payment error Notification 

                    a.3ds Authentication problem: Wrong entry of card details or pin number

                    b. Declined by user: Cancelled by the user

                    c. Declined by issue bank

7. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?

8. Packaging:

         a.   All orders are packed with Thick Carton Box and Waterproof plastic wrap.

         b. Fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

9. Return

           Product returns are acceptable for defective / damaged / wrong products delivered.

10. Cancelation         

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

11. Is there any Tax to be paid on delivery – Domestic?

If any location has Octroi, the same has to be paid.
